Reviews must reflect genuine customer experiences. We reserve the right to remove any review that contains hate speech, personal attacks, or promotional spam.

When you use our contact forms to request a service (such as specifying a Cleaning Type, Property Type, or Preferred Date), your request may be forwarded to independent cleaning companies.

We are not responsible for the performance, quality, or actions of any third-party cleaning service you hire based on our ratings or referrals. Any dispute regarding cleaning services must be resolved directly with the service provider.
